I should have read the full ingredients as I will not buy this again.
Titanium dioxide is listed in the ingredients which is used to give a white color or clouded opaque look to the pill. It is totally not necessary and is harmful. It is listed as a Group 2B carcinogen and also mentioned as toxic to the brain. Google it! Why bother putting that in there? There are some chemicals better left out of things in this more Heath conscious era. Less is better sometimes, not more!
