I ordered my product a little over two months ago and have loved it until last week it would not turn on. I did have the usb cord in the back plugged in and when I tried to remove it, it was stuck in there. When I was finally able to remove it I noticed the back where the cord goes in was warped and the melted/burned. I would tell anyone and everyone to be careful of this product. I was lucky it didn’t cause a huge fire.
