My dog hasn't eaten since she ate this in her food; and, was deathly ill for almost two weeks after this. This was her last meal. She was fine until she ate her dinner with this stuff on it. It does smell weird - like iodine. Anyway, she was unable to eat anything for over a week after this and she eventually had to be put to sleep. Do what you will with that information. I know i will never again give a dog a supplement like this ever again. I had this dog for 17 yrs; and, in all those years, she always was able to eat. When I tried to feed her this, at first, she didn't want it. But, I thought it would be good for her eyes, so I fixed it so it wasn't as noticeable. Now I feel horrible about it. If your dog won't eat something; don't trick them into eating it. My heart is forever broken not knowing whether this was responsible or not. I will never know.
