While none of the parts came in damaged, I had the impression that several pieces were missing due to the assembly instructions. The instructions were wrong with several typos, grammar issues, and misleading information. I've assembled plenty of chairs before, so I had no issue putting it together. However, I feel how cheaply made this thing is. The leg rest is stopped by a single screw, where the hole was drilled directly into the steel of only one of the two bars, making it constantly off-center. The alignment for several of the screw holes on the top body was off to the point where the screw couldn't even be inserted properly, and the top isn't securely connected to the bottom at all. That means if you lift the top half of the chair up, even just a little, the whole thing pops off. The arm rests make a loud clicking noise when adjusted, making this chair impossible to enjoy with company. There is no way to lock the arm rests in position either. The pillow near the top is attached only with a buckle. I suppose that's fine if several people will be sitting in the chair in a short amount of time, but you have to constantly readjust it if only one will be using it. Finally, the chair is just stiff, with the reclining feature rather shaky and constantly feels like it's about to fall over even at only a 120 degree angle. I wouldn't recommend it. If the chair was in the 50-60 dollar range, then I would expect this. However, over $100 is too much for this kind of quality. I will say that the seller was kind enough to give me a 50% refund and let me keep the chair. Edit: Well a couple months later and the chair is already bad. The suspension no longer works and cannot be lifted with the lever. I am only 164 lbs, meaning the materials used must be even cheaper than I had thought for it to be broken already. After the partial refund from before, I figured I now have a cheap chair that cost be around $60, which is my expected price for this quality. Now, I realize I have a broken chair that I paid said money for. I feel scammed honestly. Changing my rating from two to one star because of this. I'll have to get another chair now.
