I've been using Kerastase that I bought from an authorized salon for years and my hair was strong and full. 2 years ago I started buying a variety of kerastase products on Amazon. Since then my hair became dry and now falling out! I was told by my professional stylist that if the bottle does not contain a bar code, or a bar code printed on a white sticker, or not a standard bar code, other symbols that are not standard, it is most likely not real and you do not know what is actually in the bottle. I will no longer by products advertised as Kerastase on Amazon. This includes Kerastase products from all other vendors advertised on Amazon. Now I'm dealing with the hair loss. I've been to the doctors and have no health problems that would cause dry, brittle hair, and hair loss. I hope Amazon looks into this their vendors better.
