Purchased in March 2020, used for normal household mail maybe once a week, followed all shredding guidelines. Had a problem with in the first month. Called the manufacturer and recieved very little help. Service agent said to just add shredder oil to the device which I purchased right away and added the oil. Still had issues with the device and now the device doesnt work at all and of course the window to return the item expired on May 31 2020 and today is June 18 2020. Less the par device with terrible customer service.
