Simple, flowy tunic with big design flaws. Ugh.
I wanted to love this shirt. I ordered two in different colors. The style is super flattering: the boatneck neckline, 3/4 sleeves, and an asymmetrical hemline; it could be the perfect casual shirt. Yeah, I said COULD be. There are two major problems with this shirt though. First, the fit is NOT as pictured. Both shirts fell several inches too short in length, and consistent with other reviews, the arms are too snug. I'm a typical XXL, but I still use the sizing chart when ordering online because every brand fits differently, of course. I checked. They should have fit perfectly! But they don't. This shirt does not come down past the torso to cover the important parts in front OR in back. It wouldn't be that big of a deal except with this hemline, your eye is immediately drawn to the crotch. Awkward. Newsflash, sellers and manufacturers in China! Women ordering any size above a medium likely have *ahem* "voluptuous parts." You need to account for that by adding extra LENGTH to the larger sizes! Not just width. Just because I'm curvy does not mean I'm shaped like an Amazon box! (Can you tell I've experienced this problem with foreign manufacturers before?!) Seriously, two more inches, and boom. Problem would be solved. Same thing in the arms. If I'm an XXL, my arms are too. The second major problem is that when you list the materials your shirt is made of, it damn well better be what you claim. One shirt is definitely 70% Polyester 30% Vicose--as claimed--and the perfect stretch, soft feel, and flow I expected. The other "exact same" shirt ordered in a different color is a cotton/poly blend! What the?! It feels completely different (not soft), does not stretch, and is thinner material. If you want to still take the gamble on this shirt, just know the risk you take. It may show up as something else entirely than you expect or paid for.
