After ONE day of use, the rubber on the toggle switch for silent mode is cracked and falling off. I got the product Friday, used it Saturday, and noticed it at the end of the day on Saturday. All it did was sit in my pocket! I reached out to Customer Care and was told there is a new process for warranty claims, and it will cost me $5.00 to investigate it. Really? Just look at the photos I attached here. Lifeproof's reply: "We have now implemented a new warranty process to improve customer experience. A $4.99 care and handling fee enables LifeProof to quickly evaluate customer claims and send a replacement product more quickly and with less hassle for the customer" UPDATE: I paid the $5 bucks and they didn't need the old one returned, so at least that was a plus. No photos or anything even. At first I noticed they were sending me the wrong color, so I had to call back and have them change it to the right one. What a hassle it was, but I finally got my new case and it's working fine now, just being careful around the toggle switch.
