Just received this hunk of junk today! Got it out the box, plugged in the wall, flipped the power button, press the run/stop button....NOTHING! Thought ok maybe I should add some coins and try again....NOTHING! called the 1800 number on the back of the machine....COULDN'T EVEN REACH A PERSON NOR AT LEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE CALL WAS AUTOMATICALLY DROPPED. To say I'm highly irritated and disappointed would be understatement. For a product that cost so much, one would think it would at least work on time! Don't waste your time or money! 7 days for a refund is unacceptable!
