Our immediate experience with this app was far below what we understood we were getting. We certainly should have checked out the past reviews. Once the app was installed on my Amazon Video and we gave up $89 for the 1-year service, it was downhill from there. We struggled with a confusing and disjointed user interface. Navigation throughout the app still did not yield the whereabouts of a live professional match in progress at the time. So much for the promise of any match at any time, anywhere. Once determining the tournament you want to watch, the remainder of what is offered in terms of specific matches seems limited. The experience was the same on the TV app as well as our iPad apps. My credit card was charged for the service, but I received an order confirmation for the service that showed all zeroes. And for the past 2 days, I've yet to find where and how to cancel the service. As a last resort, I will file a dispute for the charge with my credit card company, but I at least would have liked some guidance for how to cancel the service as easy as the guidance was for paying for it. A very disappointing experience, indeed.
