I would love to love this product! It hangs beautifully on my wall and matches my decor perfectly, HOWEVER my nightmare is as follows: So, I saved building the drawers for last and hung everything else on the wall. The holes in the side boards for the drawers were drilled too small and the accompanying hardware does not fit into the holes, therefore the drawers can not be built. I reached out to the manufacturer and completed their "order replacement parts" form. I also called and left a message. About a week later, I still hadn't received a response, and decided to call again. A very rude woman answered the phone and told me that she didn't understand why I was calling because my replacement parts were shipping that day... How was I supposed to know that???? Fast forward another week, the parts come and guess what. the holes ARE EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE AS THEY WERE IN THE ORIGINAL BOARDS. So now I am back to square one with no way to contact Prepac or Amazon except for hoping that they respond to this review. Also, every bit of this head board has scratches on it, and it came with a "scratch filler" marker. The marker works fine, and I wouldn't have mentioned it, but I am so beyond aggravated with the lack of customer service. I will update this review if some progress is made.
