Misleading Description
You have to work out the numbers or you would be misled by the description.
The description "Up to 7 Days of Backup Battery" is true for 6 watts load only. The capacity of "1,002 w-hrs" tells the true capacity, but you have to understand it correctly. The clarification of this is that the device will last 7 days ( or 24x7 =168 hours) only if you draw 6 watts of power (1002w-hrs/168hrs = 6w). In another word, you can power 1 small LED light bulb (or an iPad) to have this Power Station last for 7 days after it is fully charged.
The "watt-hour" or "w-hr" is a unit for measuring energy storage of a device. Essentially, it is the number of "watts" that the device can supply for 1 hour before the storage is completely depleted. By definition, for a 1000 w-hrs storage;
can power 1000w load for 1 hour before depletion,
can power 100w load for 10 hours before depletion,
can power 10w load for 100 hours before depletion,
can power 1w load for 1000 hours before depletion.
Hopefully this description would help those who expect this device to power anything and last for 7 days as seller seems to imply.
