This bulb C21BB-XE26-17W has "Forbidden to be used in enclosed luminaires" printed on the bulb frame. It sure would be nice to have this information made abundantly clear before purchasing. This message is directed at Amazon as well as Sansi. The product description says "wide applications" and "durable and reliable" but nowhere does it say not for enclosed fixtures, which probably account for at least 50% of the fixtures. I should not have to pay for return shipping!
