DO NOT BUY
UPDATE: Junk. I wish I'd heeded the warnings about how hard it is to get replacement filters. I ordered one almost two weeks ago, received shipping confirmation with tracking a week ago, but it turns out it's never actually shipped. Called and got a dubious song and dance about filters being stuck on a cargo ship in the Pacific, and attempts to pin down an ETA only resulted in me getting my head bitten off. I paid $300 for a purifier with a bad sensor, then paid another $70 for the necessary replacement filter, only to end up getting chewed out by "customer service." All kinds of nope.
I did weeks of research before choosing this purifier. Setup was easy and it worked perfectly. The light dimming feature for night is wonderful. Unfortunately, after only a week, the sensor light, which had been almost exclusively blue, with brief periods at green, turned and stayed red. I frantically searched for the source of that, checking for something burning or another explanation. Eventually, I called the company and discovered that some units have bad sensors. They offered to send me the part and a link to a video for how to install it, but I'm bummed. These aren't cheap, and having to make repairs myself so soon gives me pause. I'll think about it for the day, but I'm leaning toward returning for a refund. Back to the drawing board. Ugh.
