Just received Jerdon't classic style tri-panel mirror and am very disappointed with it. I bought it to replace a Clairol True to Light mirror that I’ve used for over 25 years and spent a fair amount of time shopping for a replacement. I thought Jerdon Classic Style model looked close, but it arrived today and it is not at all a suitable replacement. First, the cord is way too short. But worse, it is so light it won’t stay put and slides all over the place if I adjust the side panels, flip the center mirror, change the power switch or the lighting slide bar. A critical feature that put this model above others was the power outlet for my hair dryer. When I use the hair dryer with it the mirror slides all over the place. All of this is bad enough, but I am furious to find that the service number they have on their packaging to call if you have issues is nothing but a marketing scam. That’s pretty sleazy. Beyond disappointed with Jerdon Style and want to warn other Amazon purchasers.
