I rarely ever give a poor rating, however this device has major issues with the battery and also I lost thankfully only $10 of ETH while testing it out. Once it was charged, set it up with the PIN and 24 word Phrase. I woke up the next morning and it asked that I set up the entire device again. It didn't remember my PIN at all. I was able to get it up and running by entering in my 24 word phrase, so I thought all was ok. I then transferred as a test $10 of ETH, and after it was processed the device went dark. I could not start it up at all. I plugged it into my iPhone charger, then it started to reboot at 1%, and it took 8 hours for it to finally get up and running. To my surprise, again it did not remember my PIN and acted as if it was a new device. Can you imagine if I would have sent thousands of bitcoin dollars to this piece of crap?? Wow. Returning it tomorrow. Very shocked about this.
