[New Update: Reviewed on 10/9/2015] So I finally decided to give it a shoot. I purchased Napoer's highest model: Black-A505 [Revise: it's actually Black-A101, my bad.] dash cam for $53.99 on 9/25/15, and the package arrived on 9/28/15. Yes, it has been sitting on my desk for almost two weeks. I was too busy with school works, but I finally managed to open the box and play with it today. Just like many reviewers have mentioned, the User's Manual basically just tells you how to power it on/off. I am usually good with electronics, so I proceed with confidence. I went through all menus and settings for the three modes (record, photo, and gallery), and had almost figure out everything about this model. THEN THE SYSTEM DECIDED TO CRASH ON ME. The screen frozen, discolored and shown weird pattern as if it got smashed. I've tried pressing all 7 buttons and none of them work. So I had to proceed with resetting the system by poking reset button with a needle. After the system got back on, it starting to restart itself repeatedly and it just wouldn’t stop. So I had to unplug it and let the battery die out. All of these dramas happened on Day 1 right out of the box, so what do you expect me to say about Napoer’s dash cam? One word: disappointed! Additionally, I observed about a 50% increase in fake reviews on this product listing since my last review on 9/10/15. So…I’ll let you be the judge. [Reviewed on 9/10/2015]============================================== First of all, I have not purchase this dash cam yet, this item catches my attention due to its low price and 5 stars review. What stops me from buying is I smelled something fishy about all these 5 stars review. So I collected some data. Out of the 13 reviews, 12 of them are "verified owner" who only has ONE 5 stars review on their profile, which all happened to be on this same line of products during the period of 9/2 ~ 9/10. Review Date / Name: 9/2 Alexander, 9/2 Helen, 9/2 Serena, 9/2 Keith, 9/7 Karen, 9/7 Tiffany, 9/7 .Roberson, 9/8 Annette J. McQueen, 9/8 Patricia, 9/8 Jean, 9/8 Lynne, and 9/10 April. What a coincident, right? Until Amazon can makes a change and do something about fraud prevention on the reviewing system. We can only look after each other, and identify fraud on our own. Please make sure you study the reviews before your purchase, and look at reviewer's profile to make sure they are "real" people.
