I'm actually sitting waiting for my floors to dry, but I'm so disappointed in this product I had to write a review NOW. I try every cleaning product out there. As for mops, the shark steam mop was terrible. Conventional mops seem to push dirty water around. I don't know what the right solution is, other than a $400 professional steam, WHICH IS AMAZING by the way, but I can't afford that weekly. Oh if I could... This mop literally feels like a toy. It is so flimsy and the reviewers that complain about the mop head flopping around and the plastic scraping the floor are 100% dead on. You spend half the time fighting with the mop to get it to stay in position and that position means your body is crazy hunched over to get the right angle. The bucket is cool but its not worth 30.00, because the mop is trash. I honestly don't understand how anyone could have mopped with this and said...yup! Perfect! Let's get it to the public!!! It's being returned promptly in the morning.
