Back sleepers, who never move while sleeping, will love this...
Currently giving this a two star based on 3 nights of sleep with it. I am willing to try to tough it out a little longer, so that I can say I gave it a fair shot. I saw some reviews say it took a few nights to get used to the pillow. Like most who are buying this, I have a very sensitive neck. If I have a bad pillow, I wake up with bad neck pain that radiates into my trap muscle. I have tried every pillow it seems like that is out there.
The good:
This pillow in my opinion, is comfortable for my head. It is the right softness for my comfort. Great for back sleeping.
The bad:
Awful for side sleepers or if you toss and turn all night long, like I do. This is not great for either of those two sleepers. As I rotate to my side, the “wing” things, that stick up on this, rotate my head/neck in weird angles when I am not perfectly lined up with the head indentation. I tried to wake up to properly readjust my head now. Which defeats the purpose of a good nights sleep, when I’m waking up to align my head into a specific place on the pillow. And if I do not wake up, I’m stuck sleeping with my head at an odd angle, which is the main trigger for my neck issues. This issue happened on day 2 of having this. I slept on my side with my head in a bad position and I woke up with hands down the worst stiff neck I have ever had from sleeping! It has been two straight days of utter pain, nothing has helped. I cannot do anything I need to in the house or walk the dogs because of the pain.
I seem to be the only reviewer who has found this I guess. I saw so many good reviews, hence why I bought it. I’m going to tough it out a bit longer if I can, in hopes that somehow I get used to it and it becomes my saving grace, but I feel that is most likely not going to be the case. Will update this review soon.
