The phone hardware for the price is very much worth the money. Unfortunately, the software is a mess and ruins the whole experience. There are numerous bugs that hamper and even go far as to force you to reset your phone to get basic functions to work. I have also experienced the receiver of a phone call complaining about my voice being muffled on their end. Blu is known to not update their software which makes this an even bigger issue as many of these bugs and issues will never be fixed. In my personal opinion, you are better off spending a little more for a phone with software that doesn't ruin the whole package. I can not recommend this phone unless there are major software updates. Also do not ever expect this to run Android Pie. Blu promised updates on their last "flagship" phone the Blu Vivo XI+ and instead they released another buggy phone. Not acceptable at this point with the negative press they have received recently and the promises they made when releasing their last phone. This is a company I was rooting for but instead has been nothing but a disappointment so far. I am giving this a 2 star as the phone hardware itself is not bad but again the software is a mess that I can not give a pass on when there are programs such as Android One that want to give and offer the best Google experience if you just used it.
