** UPDATE
All of these knives have started rusting. I bought my mother a set and myself a set and both sets are rusting. I'm contacting Cuisinart.
Best knife set you can get for the money. These are awesome. I've had them for about 6 months now and they stay sharp. Don't waste your money on $300+ knife sets. These are really good.
