makes a terrible knocking sound when it spins
Just received it a few days ago. Was so excited to try it after I assembled it together, and got extremely disappointed. The machine makes a terrible knocking sound when it spins. See the attached video. Sending the video to customer service. Also posting it here and hoping I can get some help here. Won't update the review until it gets fixed.
