I used this program a while ago, and loved it. I bought it for my husband. 1) The activation code in the box was for the learning American English software. It took over an hour with 2 calls to customer service. 2) We wanted to download the software. We tried - we are still trying to install. (My husband is a software engineer- our computer is more than able to run the program. The fault is in their program design.) 3)Not sure what the deal is with the subscription thing - seems like another way to milk money from customers From what I remember in high school, the program was great, but it is worthless since the program won't run. Spend your money elsewhere!!
