Negative stars!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AS IT STARTED ON FIRE ON FIRST USE!!! IT BURNED A HOLE IN MY COUNTERTOP AND ALMOST BURNED DOWN MY ENTIRE KITCHEN!!! Actual flames shot out from under the coffee machine after ONLY running for a few minutes! Currently had to file an insurance claim to repair the damages. If you want to burn down your house this coffee machine will do the job. Using an appliance shouldn’t cause you injury or damage your home. This is beyond unacceptable for a company to allow this poor of quality of a product to be sold.
