Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I ordered a bunch of gift cards for co-workers and others. Amazon delivered them the next day as promised. Missing one of the cards. No personalized notes on any of the cards. The boxes come with no names on the outside so if they were personalized I still had to break the seal and open each one to find out who the box was for. Their online chat customer service is worthless. I have a feeling they are not in the US. I've spoken to three of them and they've basically told me to wait until next week to see if the box arrives and the notes "should be there." There are no notes. Disappointed.
