Cheap wheels. They failed as soon as I installed. Split cheap plastic that you might find on a child's toy, not on a $900 piece of emergency equipment. I saw a paper in the box that said to contact them rather than return it, but when I did, the lazy a-s just told me to send it back. After waiting weeks to get it, I can't risk returning during hurricane season, so yeah, thanks jerk. Nice features like remote start are nice, and the engine does seem to generate the power advertised. Didn't really even change pitch when my portable 1200 watt AC kicked in. That's all I've had time to test so far. I just HATE poor customer service. The wheels are kind of an important feature. Not that I didn't check: Q: what is the wheels made of ?
