I purchased this item directly from their telephone number as advertised on TV. It did not install properly, and I'm not a newbie. I have an entire file folder of correspondence with them detailing my efforts to get a refund. This took hours and months of time. My credit union is even involved now trying to help. I returned it, carefully packed in the original packaging material surrounded by protective matter, following their instructions to a 't' once I finally got the address for this after multiple attempts. Now they say they never received it despite me having followed the tracking showing they did and the date they did. Sadly, I must have tossed the USPS receipt/tracking when cleaning my desk recently. My next stop is either/or: State Attorney General's office of consumer protection, initiate a class-action lawsuit, since there are so many of us who had the same experience. This device may work for some but for many it does not and the company not only does not stand by the product, they throw up obvious roadblocks for anyone trying to get a refund. Additionally, the photograph of supposedly their factory displays all Caucasian (American?) workers but it's not made in the US and the customer 'support' emails indicate that the person replying (when you're lucky enough to get a reply) does not speak English as their first language per the speech pattern. I don't have an issue with non-US products if they do what they say but I have a huge issue with any company from anywhere that is misrepresenting themselves and using substandard or deceptive business practices.
