Outstanding supplement for anti-depressant users
Became interested when my MD told me how significantly Folate supplementation can assist depression/anxiety patients: Folate deficiency linked to depression related conditions; Folate supplementation potentiates the effects of SSRIs (I'm on Lexapro and Wellbutrin). Everyone knows Vit. B12 as energy-boosting and vital for neural health. However the major PRO lies in the "methyl" component of this product. Vitamin B12 and Folate are both water-soluble substances (similar to Vitamin C). This means when you take a standard version of this vitamin orally, it mixes with the liquids in your stomach and your body pees them out before your body has time to synthesize them (neon-color pee after Vitamin B12/C pills?) Methyl-versions of these supplements are fat soluble. Meaning once you ingest them, your body has no way to excrete them & it forces your body to utilize all of the vitamins. High bioavailability, work very well
