perfect as a dress or with leggings
I am 5'5 and wear a size 14. I got this in an XL and it fits perfectly. It falls slightly above my knees and is extremely flowy so it doesn't fit snug against my trouble areas. I added pictures cuz I know visuals help me best for reviews!
