If your values of B12 are in the expected range, the product will do just nothing, and you will be adding your body with a vitamin it does not need. So, i suggest a blood test first. If your blood levels of b12 are below 300 ng/ml taking this will be good, if they are above that a better option would be to take a vitamin complex including minerals with much less doses of each. Remember this product has 1000mcg per pill and the recommended ingest of b12 a day is just 3mcg. The body eliminates the excess, but just for you to know.
