Very comfortable and the hearts fall right on my elbows! True to size. I'm a size 14, 40DDD and went with the XL. I normally wear a L/XL in tops. I purchased the thick version of the grey and it's not overly thick like I thought it would be. It's 40degrees in FL right now and I'm warm, so perfect!
