*** I don’t think people understand that there are levels of blackout curtains. These are not total blackout curtains and they don’t claim to be. It says they minimize natural light and that’s EXACTLY what they do. If I close my curtains in the middle of the day, my living room is dark but I can still see around me. It takes the glare off the TV when the sun shines through the window. It keeps the room cooler. If that’s what you’re looking for, buy these. *** The color is my favorite thing about these. I’ve been having trouble finding the right shade, usually too dark or too pink. But these are absolutely gorgeous. The pictures really don’t do these curtains justice. They are perfect.
