I purchased two of these. One for my cocker spaniel and the other for my cockapoo. My cocker spaniel fits in it just right and shes about 25 lbs. The moment until it out of its packaging she claimed it. We live in a small area so during the day its put up. The moment it is on the floor shes laying in it. Its very soft plush material on the top. The bottom though is made of this water proof stuff that is a bit noisey on hardwood floors. For us its annoying due to having small kids but its not a deal breaker. I like the fact that I can just throw it in the washing machine.
