I love this product and their customer care as well. I tried so far onions, potato, beans and carrots. Carrots were the most tough ones to cut though. Within a few days, When I tried carrots by applying pressure at the end of cover, there was a crack formed in the container. In this process I learned the trick, if I apply right pressure on the cover at the place where dicer is located, it works better. (I felt that using slight motion with your hand like a hammer works better than just applying a pressure to try and push the dicer.) When I sent an email to the customer care, they graciously ordered a replacement item for me since the container was broken.
