Frankly, I bought this by mistake. I thought I was buying an unscented laundry detergent. I bought it because I thought the price was good. I toyed with the idea of giving the laundry detergent away but noticed the smell didn't bother me and give me a headache. While it has a faint scent you don't smell it in your clothes after washing. I barely smell it when I open the product up for use. Ususally, I would need to get the scented laundry soap out of my house immediately. I like this product. It cleans well and the scent is barely noticeable.
