I have used a tabletop ironing board for years. However, my needs have changed so I decided to invest in a full sized ironing board. I read a lot of reviews while looking at many different options from many different vendors. I decided on this one because it looked like the best value for the money and would meet my needs nicely. I will not be using the extra features this comes with so I can't comment on those. One feature I do like and am using is the extra piece it comes with to hang it on the wall when not in use. I also love the size of this board. It's perfect for pressing fabric for quilting. I attempted to use the piece that holds your iron when not in use, but my iron does not fit. I have a heavy duty industrial type iron.
