It's pretty good. There's a trick to using it. Once you figure it out it does work pretty well. It probably works best on longer hair. Mine is shoulder length. Still, first time out of the box it only took me about 15 minutes to curl my hair vs. nearly an hour with a regular iron. I was unable to curl the short hair at the back of my head around the nape of my neck. That will still need a conventional iron. With practice, i'm sure my results will be better.
