I used my bag in a week. I was a little concerned about the price difference between this and ottos but after reading the other reviews I figured I would give it a try. This was no different than ottos. Perfect texture and worked perfectly in EVERY recipe! Thanks Anthony's for providing a high quality product for a price I can afford!
