** update to my previous post** after posting my review i was contacted by support who went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied. i even was sent the icc profile in my email even though i could have found it going to their website as well. so far i have used the ink twice and have no complaints. thank you again for the help. (previous review) the syringes that come with this are complete crap and wont even fill with the ink. also there is no icc profile with these inks. now i have to buy separate syringes just to fill my eco tanks.
