I'm a 38 C and it fits well. I had to look for a new bra because I just grew out of my old one after having my baby. Its not a push up bra and unless its really, really cold, you're good. There's no wire in it, but it still holds them up well enough. The edge peels back a bit on the cup which if you wear skin tight clothes it might be noticeable. The only problem is that the strap is scratchy where it connects to the bra in the back. Its not the worst feeling just annoying. Also a key point for me is that the middle doesn't collapse in, itch, or scratch. Wal-Mart had them and I bought my first one there and immediately bought another online. If you have the time, check it out in person first. Buying bras is always tough for me because it's not a one size/type/texture fits all kind of thing and I feel good in this one.
