I bought these and the medium size when packing for a week-long vacation with my family of 6. This smaller size fits well into a carry-on sized suitcase. They were a nice size for my younger kids. This larger size fits nicely into a regular sized suitcase. They really made things so much easier for us. I had everyone pack into one of these packing cubes and then when we got to our destination, I just doled out the individual bags and everyone lived out of their respective bag for the week. I'm very glad I purchased them. I'm sharing photos to try to help give you perspective. The first photo shows you the two sizes in comparison. The second photo is of a bunch of them in a regular sized suitcase (you can see one of the smaller, red ones crammed in on the side). The third was to try to give you a sense of how much clothing I was able to fit into each bag. I hope it helps.
