I’ve had migraines for 7 years and never thought such a thing existed or could exist. I tried it last night and though I only had a slight headache at the time, it was wonderful. I slept with it on and randomly woke up at 3am and placed it back in my mini freezer for the next time. I’m currently pregnant and these migraines have only gotten more frequent and stayed longer, so it’s perfect! I’m actually highly considering getting another one or two more for days that they linger for 3 days, so that I can make sure they’re as cold as possible. I love that it can be pulled down to cover your eyes as I have huge light sensitivity when I get my migraines. The only con I would have is the hole on top for the pony tail. It’s not much of a “con” because I’m sure for some they absolutely love it. When I have migraines I can’t put my hair in a bun or ponytail because it adds extra pressure to my head and is uncomfortable. I wish there was an option for one without the hole and instead had more ice gels on the top half. That would be ideal for me. But aside from that, I’m loving this product & am thankful for whoever came up with it!
