This is a surprisingly comfortable desk chair. It comes in one box that contains five wheels, a hub, pneumatic lift, seat and back. Everything you need to put this together is in the box, including the 4 screws and allen wrench. The plate the goes on the base of the chair is imprinted with the word "FRONT" on it and it will face the lable that says "FRONT" which is glued to the bottom of the seat. Screw in the plate, put it on top of the hydrolic lift and You're done. It is lightweight but solid. Rolls wonderfully easy and is really comfortable. I have one office with just a straight back folding chair and this is like having a limo by comparison. This chair is a very functional chair with a very doable price.
