So far I've been enjoying the product. It's a little more effective than a fan, and fits perfectly onto my desk in my home office. Plus, the LED lighting is pleasant and it looks nice overall. However, something I didn't know until I received the user manual is that higher humidity will diminish the effectiveness of the cooling factor, as this functions by evaporating water in the reservoir. This isn't the end of the world because it still works pretty well. I may end up using a dehumidifier on my opposite side to keep the humidity down and therefore increase the effectiveness of the air cooler. A little convoluted and runs counter to the "environmentally friendly" mission of the company, but since I'm working from a poorly insulated attic in New England, the humidity may need addressing. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the EvaCHILL and I would recommend buying it.
