I was looking for an exercise bike when I saw a demo of this on HSN and ordered it. This is so much more than an exercise bike and it has a really small footprint, something else I was looking for. It's about 21" wide, about 19" front to back and when collapsed, a little over 5" high. It comes with a small mat to keep it from sliding. This core machine is really well made with a 3 year warranty. There are 2 knobs that allow you to set it up or collapse it after use. So far I've just used it as a recumbent bike while I'm reading or watching tv and some arm exercises, but I can tell you my stomach is really sore from using it yesterday. I'm going to pull out the video and see what I've been missing. I haven't used it for sit-ups or push ups, but I will soon. This little gem is going to get a lot of use from me.
