I had a ham string injury about two weeks ago and subsequently my low back/sciatica was acutely painful. Due to the ham string leg injury I was compensating my gait, posture and not standing as I would normally to avoid causing leg pain. My back pain was acutely intense and I stayed in the bed to the chair for 5 days and would cry out with pain anytime I'd move. I learned about the Kailo through a dear friend who recommended that I try it in lieu of OTC meds and Flexaril muscle relaxer. It arrived on Monday afternoon. Immediately upon placing it on my low back I could feel a warmth and my pain decreased rapidly. I was able to go to work the next day with relative comfort. Since Monday I have not had to take any Naproxen or Flexaril. At this time I can only feel a slight sense that my back is tired but I have made significant improvement and almost feel normal again.
