Purchased from Gundry's website but wanted to leave a review here. I have Crohn's disease so I was curious to see if I could even drink this. Well I have been drinking it for nearly 3 weeks now and I cannot believe how fantastic my skin feels! My wife even commented the other day that my back felt like a baby's bum and it normally feels super dry. She actually can't stop commenting about it every time she touches my skin. So that alone has been worth it. I do feel more energy but I don't know for certain it is due to the Vital Reds because I am also doing the Plant Paradox diet and taking MCT oil daily so part of my energy seems to be from that as well. But my skin for sure is mostly a result of the Vital Reds. I even get less irritation shaving my face now. I just hope that it makes the inside of my gut as healthy as it does my skin, cause that would be amazing. Side note, my wife and I have been on the Plant Paradox diet VERY faithfully for 3 weeks and her arthritis pain has been 90% gone now for over a week. She hasn't felt this good in so long I can;t remember. So its definitely working for her in a life changing way. I am seeing some improvements that give me hope that my Crohn's symptoms will subside after 20 years of living with it but I'm not there yet. Hopefully in another 3 weeks I'll be seeing significant improvement like my wife has.
