I have enjoyed this wallet - for the most part. It is slim and functional, with a nice worn hue to the leather. Plenty of room for my cards and bills. Here's the issue - I've had the wallet for 9 months, and the pull tab ribbon has torn completely free from the wallet. Without that ribbon, the outside credit card holder is essentially useless. I expected a longer life from this wallet based on normal daily usage. Not sure if I will be ordering a replacement, or trying out a different manufacturer. UPDATE: (Now 5 Stars) Within 2 hours of posting my previous review, the manufacturer reached out to me about my complaint. After sending them a picture of the damage, along with my order number and address - they shipped a new wallet to me, free of charge. I was blown away by this amazing customer service experience. Thanks to everyone at Serman Brands - you've got a customer for life now.
