I swim 5 days a week. My skin was in severe dry trouble! I was looking for a coconut oil that wasn't greasy. Tada! Found it. It soaks right into you, nice and smooth, no greasy residue. I love how it makes my skin feel! I use this before swimming and after. You won't be disappointed!! (And no scent) ----UPDATE-----I started breaking out on my arms and chest from this oil. I cant use it anymore. :-(
