I have Hashimoto's and celiac disease. Inflammation loves me. I began taking these a few days ago and they have helped me so much. I can see the inflammation reduced in my body. Clothes fit that didn't fit two weeks ago. I haven't lost a pound, it's inflammation. I have played tennis 5 times this week, twice on hard courts! I haven't been able to do that in years (I'm only 42). I'm not too exhausted in the afternoons to play with my 4 year old anymore. In addition to this enzyme I do follow a whole food diet that is autoimmune specific and I am on a natural thyroid replacement as well as other supplements and vitamins that I have tested low for. But this product has done things for me in just a couple of days that I didn't think were possible for me ever again. I hope this product has given me my life back.
